FAVORITE DATA VISUALIZATIONS
Effective data visualizations are a powerful way to distill key insights — and I’m a big fan of a well-crafted graph!
Over time, my work has given me the chance to engage deeply with data, resulting in visualizations that (I believe) offer compelling perspectives on education policy in low- and middle-income countries, as well as research methods. I'm sharing some of my favorites here and will update the page regularly with new additions.
These visualizations cover a range of topics, including impact evaluation and methodology, language of instruction policies, systemwide variation in learning outcomes, and other themes — mostly related to foundational literacy and numeracy.
To learn more about a specific visualization, simply click on it to see a brief description and, where relevant, a link to the source. I hope you find them both enjoyable and insightful!

SHARING PICTURES
The natural beauty and cultural heritage of low- and middle-income countries often go underappreciated. I've been fortunate to visit some of these places and to capture a few meaningful moments along the way. Here, I'm sharing some of my favorite photos and hope to keep this collection alive by regularly adding more to the collage.
